Position Overview

As a Logistics Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to implement logistics strategies for the timely and efficient delivery of finished goods, ensuring that products arrive complete and cost-effectively. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and coordinating logistics efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Providing essential support for daily logistics operations, addressing issues, and ensuring timely product delivery
  • Contributing to the development and execution of logistics strategies that impact the distribution of finished goods
  • Identifying and assessing root causes of logistical challenges and collaborating with partners to devise solutions and enhance performance
  • Building strong relationships with various departments to understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions
  • Documenting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate shipment data and records, generating monthly reports, and identifying trends for potential cost savings
  • Performing additional duties as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, and relevant software tools
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of transportation logistics principles
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Fluency in English and the primary language relevant to the area of responsibility
Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related area
