Supply Chain Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to implement logistics strategies for the timely and efficient delivery of finished goods, ensuring that products arrive complete and cost-effectively. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and coordinating logistics efforts with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing essential support for daily logistics operations, addressing issues, and ensuring timely product delivery
- Contributing to the development and execution of logistics strategies that impact the distribution of finished goods
- Identifying and assessing root causes of logistical challenges and collaborating with partners to devise solutions and enhance performance
- Building strong relationships with various departments to understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions
- Documenting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary
- Maintaining accurate shipment data and records, generating monthly reports, and identifying trends for potential cost savings
- Performing additional duties as required
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, and relevant software tools
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Solid understanding of transportation logistics principles
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluency in English and the primary language relevant to the area of responsibility
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related area
