**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Retaining Customers: Identify and implement strategies to prevent cancellations, including offering solutions, addressing billing inquiries, and providing information on solar benefits.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional solar products, services, or upgrades to existing customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Renewal Management: Manage contract renewals and assist customers in understanding their options and benefits.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve services and address potential issues proactively.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer retention, feedback, and upselling activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Bi-lingual preferred
