Solar Support Specialist

Sunnova is a leading provider of rooftop solar services, and we're seeking a skilled Solar Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and educating customers on the operation of our solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily phone support to customers, identifying and resolving technical issues with our solar systems.
  • Partner with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, using online monitoring tools and Salesforce data.
  • Educate customers on normal system operation and provide proactive support to prevent issues.
  • Work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals, including call volume and resolution rates.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role, with a focus on technical support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with other departments.
  • PC skills: Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, & Outlook required.
