Our leadership team has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, has closed over 1 billion dollars in transactions, and advised clients on over 5 billion dollars of commercial real estate investment properties.
Our position is unique to commercial real estate as it has an **incredible amount of growth opportunities**. Successful managers will be given the opportunity to move into other sector of commercial real estate such as leasing or sales. Managers can also participate in leasing commissions (real estate license is required).
**Job Title: Commercial Property Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
The Property Manager is responsible for full property management, financial analysis, operational reporting, maintenance, security, rental collection, and budgets for a portfolio of our commercial properties.
- Review and approve property payables to ensure accuracy
- Review monthly operating statements
- Create Budgets
- Review delinquencies and manage collections
- Prepare and present annual operating budgets
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Reviews annual CAM reconciliations
- Work with 3rd party leasing agents and/or in-house leasing reps regarding upcoming or potential vacant space.
**Qualifications**:
4+ years of retail property management experience
College degree NOT REQUIRED
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively solve problems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
