**Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties**
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business and technical needs.
- Communicate objectives, progress, feedback, and roadblocks to team members and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
- Analyze and develop business solutions by continuously engaging with stakeholders to address new and current business needs.
- Plan and deliver solutions that are documented, traceable to business objectives, and aligned with business priorities and long-term technology capabilities.
- Partner with business leaders to solve short
- and long-term business challenges, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain credible relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Evaluate system functionality and work with stakeholders to establish requirements and manage enhancement requests.
- Design dashboards and reports to track key results and leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Lead business process excellence projects across multiple corporate areas, including Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Care, and Technology Operations.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvements, waste reduction, and cost savings.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct process assessments, root cause analyses, and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Facilitate change management activities, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a Business Process Manager or similar role
- 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining programs in a corporate environment.
- Lean six sigma black belt certification required
- Experience within Healthcare, especially Diabetes medical devices, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Business Process and Operational Excellence methodologies and Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare or medical device industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus.
