The candidate will also be responsible for building centers of excellence, creating scalable playbooks, and driving regulatory approvals.

Accountable for a successful design, development, and implementation of the PMR as a Service solution tailored to meet the Client's specific needs. This individual brings a deep understanding of Pharma Commercial operations, advanced technical skills, and the ability to guide a cross-functional team through various stages of solution and business case development.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead the planning, strategy development, and execution of drug launches from inception to post-launch analysis including market research. You will oversee the coordination and integration of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless launch execution. Conducting thorough market research to inform launch strategies and brand positioning, you will utilize data insights to drive decision-making and optimize launch plans.

Collaboration with marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and other departments is essential to ensure cohesive and effective launch plans. Facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders to drive project success will be a key part of your role.

You will develop and implement centers of excellence and comprehensive playbooks that can be leveraged across multiple brands. Standardizing best practices and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in launch operations is crucial.

Ensuring all launch activities comply with regulatory requirements and driving timely regulatory approvals through effective planning and coordination are significant aspects of this position. Additionally, you will lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns to maximize product visibility and uptake, manage public relations initiatives, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategies.

Organizing and overseeing successful launch events to drive product awareness and sales, coordinating logistics, and promotional activities to ensure impactful launch events will be part of your responsibilities.

Utilizing the latest tools and technologies to enhance business value and drive revenue growth is expected. Staying updated on industry trends and integrating innovative solutions into launch strategies will be important.

Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and effective communication throughout the launch process will be crucial. You will provide regular updates and reports to senior management on launch progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience (10+ years) in managing successful drug launches for top pharmaceutical clients is required. A strong background in market research, brand positioning, and leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects is necessary. Experience in developing centers of excellence and creating scalable operational playbooks is expected. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in securing regulatory approvals is crucial. Expertise in digital marketing, public relations, and KOL engagement is required. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in the latest launch-related tools and technologies is expected.
