We are seeking an experienced and talented Vice President of Revenue to join our team and drive our sales strategy and initiatives.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker equipped with financial insight, outstanding managerial aptitude, and a proven record in fostering a highly collaborative environment across different functional teams to deliver a seamless and effective sales strategy.
This individual will report directly to the President and will be responsible for managing the sales team, all revenue generation channel, and shaping the company’s growth trajectory through an unmatched customer experience. The role is in-office, which is in Austin, TX.

Salary: $150k-$160k + bonus

Responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive sales plans that align with the company’s objectives, ensuring these plans are actionable roadmaps that drive growth and market leadership. Lead and manage Insides Sales, Customer Experience, Commercial Business Developers, and Door-to-Door teams and coordinate strategy and activities with Operations to meet sales targets and optimize customer experience.Provide leadership to the various sales teams, delivering consistent guidance, championing support, and reinforcing a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals, constructing a performance culture focused on surpassing these targets through strategic action and relentless execution. Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives. Partner with and manage marketing resources to support awareness, demand generation, and retention initiatives across all sales channels, including campaigns, organic social media and local marketing Maintain a deep knowledge and exploration of sales and marketing analytics, leveraging complex data and market insights to make timely adaptation to the sales funnel and effective business decisions.Methodically evaluate and hone sales processes, methodologies, and tools, actively pursuing advancements in technologies and automation to ensure the sales force operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness and sets operations up for success.Strategically and responsibly manage resources to support strategic goals and sales effectiveness, including real-time analysis of conversion funnel pinch points for immediate resolution.Foster productive collaborations, particularly with operations, to ensure sales strategies are fully integrated with company-wide initiatives, emphasizing a superior customer experience.Produce and deliver comprehensive and transparent reports on sales operations and achievements to the company’s senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies. Bring a solutions mindset to rectify sales funnel barriers. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related fieldA minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in sales, including a proven record of conceptualizing and executing strategies that significantly exceed sales performance metrics.A data-driven decision-making approach, underpinned by comprehensive business and financial savvy.Strong leadership and team management skills; experience inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Demonstrated experience in transforming sales operations within a legacy structure, embedding innovative sales techniques, technologies, and methodologies to augment sales operational prowess. Experience developing sales scripts, generating empathy for customer scenarios and how best to support their needsDeep understanding of sales mechanics, marketing strategies, and customer experience.Proficiency in the application of state-of-the-art sales management software suites and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
