We provide 3(38) and 3(21) discretionary investment services and create packaged solutions to mitigate risk to meet retirement plans’ unique needs. Our objective is to deliver quality investment services that incorporate fiduciary management principles and ERISA compliant practices. We seek to protect and provide solutions to our plan sponsor clients.
Vice President, National Sales Director Job Description:
In the Vice President National Sales Director role within LeafHouse, you will oversee our sales directors while working in collaboration with our investment team to help meet the needs of our advisor, wholesaler, and plan sponsor prospects and opportunities. You’ll have immediate impact on helping LeafHouse exceed sales goals. You will master sales stories for the products and services offered through LeafHouse and our affiliates. You will also manage various recordkeeper home office relationships. Our Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy will directly oversee your role, and you will report directly to her.
Roles/Duties:
• Development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plan for the LeafHouse sales function, focused on revenue and AUM growth of core fiduciary business and related technology products and services.
• Manage, train and mentor team of Regional Sales Directors. Create sales targets and measurable performance metrics to promote accountability and growth. Periodically meet with RSD’s review and track progress and results.
• Create department budgets and review and approve expenditures.
• Manage key relationships with top recordkeepers and advisors. Leverage existing relationships to develop new distribution opportunities.
• Work with top Asset Manager partners.
• Periodically meet with executive team and provide updates and reporting on all relevant department activity.
• Provide insight on new product initiatives and guide sales implementation strategy.
• Be a brand ambassador for LeafHouse by attending important client and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of industry-related experience required.
- Strong preference towards investment knowledge and experience.
- Investment Advisor Representative licensing required including series 65 within 90 days of employment.
- Familiarity with the qualified plan market and/or external sales experience a must.
- CFP™, AIF®, QRPC, CPFA® or related retirement designations are a plus.
