Position Overview
  • Oversee the client success division to enhance outcomes and streamline the customer journey
  • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring the maximization of client value
  • Emphasize customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by aligning client requirements with our product offerings
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate a holistic client success strategy that aligns with corporate objectives
  • Establish robust relationships with pivotal clients and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
  • Drive operational excellence while monitoring client feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost client engagement and advocacy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous
  • Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the SaaS sector
  • Executive-level experience in enterprise B2B client success
  • Proven track record in scaling organizations with strong analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with SFDC and Gainsight is preferred
