In this executive capacity, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at revenue enhancement, broadening our international market footprint through strategic alliances, acquisitions, and the effective integration of existing resources. A comprehensive understanding of the target segments and their value chains will be vital as you utilize business intelligence to pinpoint opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration across Ecolab will be essential. The ideal candidate will formulate and implement our global growth strategy, focusing on revenue acceleration and sustainable technology development.
This position provides significant visibility within the organization, which is currently experiencing rapid growth. It involves extensive collaboration across various Ecolab functions. The successful candidate will act as a thought leader, driving and executing our global growth strategy with a pragmatic focus on increasing revenue velocity while cultivating a portfolio of sustainable technologies across Data Centers, Semiconductor manufacturing, and Colloidal Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation of strategic business unit growth strategies and create a robust M&A target pipeline, supporting the development of that pipeline, including acquisitions, alliances, licensing, and partnership opportunities aligned with the strategic vision.
- Steer the advancement of critical initiatives and transactions designed to diversify the sectors served and establish a sustainable growth trajectory for the business, while overseeing integration processes.
- Establish frameworks to support the identification, incubation, and evaluation of essential growth initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and lead the exploration, design, and initial execution of those initiatives and other growth prospects within the core business and key early-stage startup opportunities.
- Develop and nurture a 3-5 Year Strategic Plan in close collaboration with GHT Leadership to expand core businesses, penetrate adjacent markets, and establish new business models that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in Commercial, Business Management & Marketing, or Consulting within an Industrial context
- Extensive knowledge of target markets, particularly in Micro Electronics and Data Centers
- Experience in integration processes
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, economics, or another highly analytical discipline
