Join a dynamic team in Texas as a Front Desk professional, where you will be the first impression of our business. This full-time position, located in NE San Antonio, offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional dress and attitude as the first impression of the business.

  • Answer and route calls during business hours.

  • Perform administrative tasks as requested.

  • Monitor website chat questions and direct them to the appropriate branding specialist.

  • Welcome walk-ins and direct them as necessary.

  • Assist customers in picking up orders and document interactions in the CRM system.

  • Support branding specialists with quotes, presentations, and other tasks.

  • Keep the front desk area neat and organized.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in a front desk role handling callers and visitors.

  • Basic computer skills to perform administrative tasks.

  • Strong writing skills to represent our business professionally.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Clerical support experience for a marketing team is beneficial.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus.
