Summary

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for inventory cycle counts, receiving parts, updating work order status, processing part returns, issuing parts out, assisting with kitting project parts and maintaining a clean organized parts room.

Schedule: 7am - 7:30pm AWS 

Essential Functions 

  • Issue out parts to plant personal.
  • Assist plant personal identifying parts and stored locations.
  • Run various reports and post parts in SAP.
  • Preform inventory cycle counts.
  • Inspect, receive, and store parts.
  • Maintain accurate ETA’s in SAP for parts on order and update ETA’s on past due deliveries.
  • Assist planners kitting parts for projects.
  • Maintain a secure parts room.
  • Participate in the parts room 5S development.
  • Email organization and effective communication with department and leadership.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • One (1) plus year experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.
  • Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check required.
