Position Overview:
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator PC to become an integral part of our team. This role will report directly to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC, or Branch Manager PC. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients within the assigned caseload receive the approved services consistently, while also ensuring that Personal Care Attendants are compensated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the delivery of all authorized service hours by effectively locating and scheduling Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and/or Special Attendants, as well as assisting with the hiring process for PCAs as necessary.
- Regularly verify and input the worked hours of PCAs into the designated timekeeping system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Compensation: The salary for this position may vary within the provided range based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity. Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one component.
Salary Range: $15/hr to $16/hr
Candidate Profile:
- Regularly verify and enter PCAs worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Ensure clients receive all authorized service hours by locating and scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants, and assisting with the hiring process for PCAs as needed.
- Manage necessary documentation, including Service Interruptions, Suspensions, and Service Delivery issues.
