Plan and coordinate internal employee functions, in both a virtual and in-person environment to include symposiums, conferences, programs, receptions, and executive meetings and briefings.
Research, evaluate, and recommend venues and vendors.
Determine and arrange audio visual requirements in collaboration with broader Creative Studios Team and Enterprise Audio Visual Team.
Leverage core-knowledge of virtual event platforms to provide strategic consultation to business-units in producing virtual and hybrid events.
Assist with development of invitations and guest lists. Manage attendance.
Prepare promotional and meeting materials. Assist with speaker needs and arrangements.
Coordinate and oversee room set-up and breakdown. Provide other logistical and on-site assistance.
Maintains program knowledge by attending planning meetings, conference calls, prior to start of program.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, to participate in projects, as directed.
Adds value to attendee experience through critical thinking, anticipating needs and offering additional services/support, if appropriate
May perform moderately complex projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Cvent experience preferred but not required
Hybrid/virtual event experience preferred
Strong comfort-level with technology
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent critical thinking and ability to anticipate needs
Effective problem-solving skills



Skills:

Specialized knowledge in organizing and producing all logistical aspects of virtual and hybrid delivery modalities.
Provide a partner-centric, consultative, and solutions-oriented approach to logistics planning, communication, and overall client experience.
Excellent partner service skills. Consults and drives the event process on behalf of the partner, providing expertise as a subject matter expert, to meet event objectives.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, to participate in projects, as directed.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Teams virtual event support and production (managing breakouts, spotlighting, final attendance reporting, run videos, transition slides, build out run of show, manage speaker contracts, etc.).
Working knowledge of Notified (Intrado) virtual event platform a plus.
Effective problem-solving, calendar and time management
Takes initiative and demonstrates follow-through.


Tools:

Experience using SharePoint
Experience using SocialTables for event management
Experience using Cvent for event management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience using Microsoft Teams Meetings Suite –Teams Meetings, Teams Webinar, Teams Live Events, and Teams Town Hall
