What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Act as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team to support product sales
  2. Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate product alignment with their needs
  3. Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
  4. Facilitate strategic programs in key accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmaps
  5. Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements to better address customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  2. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
  3. Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  4. Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
  5. Willingness to travel as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in working with executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
  2. Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies
