ROLE OVERVIEW

Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting division is seeking a Manager Consulting to join our dynamic team.

We are in search of Consulting Managers who can excel within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Manager, Consulting (Senior Manager level), your role will involve client-facing engagements, managing escalations, and overseeing specific workstreams. You will maintain domain expertise, significantly contribute to the sales process through RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and ensuring flawless service delivery. Additionally, you will create service offerings and client training materials while contributing to People Care initiatives, including recruitment and mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with clients to define and implement product and implementation roadmaps.
  • Manage large-scale network transformation projects focusing on:
    • Platform modernization, including Auth Switch and Partner boarding platforms.
    • Product innovation and partner onboarding.
  • Effectively oversee engagement deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and document policies for managing digital content for clients.
  • Apply in-depth subject knowledge in the internal banking policy-making environment.
  • Possess familiarity with intranet/internet technologies and related policy frameworks.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate trends and data analysis effectively.
  • Demonstrate polished business writing skills and the ability to articulate complex thoughts clearly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who understands client objectives, manages projects, and leads teams to achieve superior results.
  • Identify and support areas to enhance practice capabilities and service line development through industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent relevant experience; additional certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of business analysis experience in the banking/financial services sector, particularly in payment card networks.
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and product development from inception.
  • Expertise in core capabilities of major payment card networks.
  • Strong understanding of payment network architecture, protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in launching innovative products within network portfolios.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to payment networks.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent relationship management and leadership skills, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture that promotes exceptional outcomes and embodies Cognizant's core values.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
