The Centering Pregnancy Coordinator is a key participant of the Steering Committee, coordinating activities necessary to achieve and maintain quality and sustainability of Centering. This individual provides administrative support to Centering Pregnancy and serves as a liaison to Centering Healthcare Institute as needed to support the Centering practice.At Cleveland Clinic, we know what matters most. Facilitates and takes minutes at meetingsFollows up with individuals on action plan items to support and promote Centering group care in the practice settingCommunicates with staff on the Steering Committee workProvides Centering Practice participation, evaluation and administrative supportMay co-facilitate Centering groupsEnsures master schedules are developed and maintained for Centering groups, including ordering supplies and materials, snacks and assessment of equipment and suppliesEnrolls Centering participants and/or monitors the enrollment process to ensure optimal group sizeArrange for new hire staff and providers to receive Centering Facilitation TrainingServes as liaison with Centering Healthcare Institute and/or Centering Consultant for startup, ongoing maintenance and problem solving as neededOversees and/or conducts the ongoing data collection and reporting for Centering Counts evaluation of the clinical setting performance measures and patient health outcomesTrains and acts as point person for volunteers or students assisting with CenteringProvides outreach to other departments and community stakeholders and agencies to educate others about CenteringEnsure continued approval annually for established siteMaintain compliance of the Ohio Department of Medicaid grant requirements in accordance with Summit County Public Health Department including timely submission of grant reports and documentsOther duties as assignedFollows Hospital and department policies and procedures with special attention to attendance and punctuality, confidentiality, dress code and display of ID badge, and safetyCompletes mandatory education and training in order to maintain organization and department-specific competencies and requirementsEducation:HS education or GEDBachelor's degree preferred.Certifications:None requiredComplexity of Work:Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projectsAbility to develop good interpersonal relationships with all levels of staffStrong attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skillsStrong organizational, prioritization, written and verbal communications skillsWork Experience:Minimum 4 years of experience in health care and/or human or public service environment to include demonstrated project management and program development experience.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and Outlook and other applications used in the daily operation of the departmentMust have knowledge of data collection and medical record data abstractionPhysical Requirements: Manual dexterity to operate a computer.Requires frequent standing, walking and/or sitting.Requires normal or corrected hearing and vision.Ability to work under stress and the pressure of deadlines.Personal Protective Equipment:Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $16.47Maximum hourly: $23.61The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
