This position manages Center Managers of region assigned and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring Center Managers within their region. They also will support Centers in their Region.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily in assigned region during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Requirements
- Must have been a Hopebridge Center Manager (CM) for at least 12+ months
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in regional operations management.
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience of large teams
- Must be committed to visiting branch sites within the region. Will attend administrative meetings and, at times, represent the regional staff.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of multi-unit experience preferred
- Relevant experience in Health Care and or Health related field preferred
- Relevant training in branch operations management helpful.

Physical Demands

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy office. Interaction with others is constant and interrupting.
