  5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
    2. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.
  6. Budget Management:
    1. Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
    2. Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective sales practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the arboriculture or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
