Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the property management market. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with key clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the middle market and chain store segment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential clients in the middle market and chain store space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to contribute to the development of new products or services.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and forecast future sales.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven past experience in Property Management Software and/or Rental Payments and/or Enterprise Payment Solutions, minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range: $92k - $125k

Traditional Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
