Job Title: Director, WW Enterprise Commerce Strategy

Veeam Software is a global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, empowering organizations to bounce forward from data outages and losses.

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development, execution, and management of our Enterprise Commerce strategy, driving innovation and growth. Your strategic leadership will ensure our Enterprise program aligns with our long-term goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transformative programs to maximize success and market impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and secure resources for strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders, representing Veeam in high-level customer sales engagements.
  • Lead the development of innovative strategies for enterprise sales, defining customer engagement and purchase processes.
  • Utilize program management tools to oversee complex, cross-functional projects, providing visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Over 15 years of proven experience in strategic enterprise program development.
  • More than 15 years of global leadership experience.
  • Experienced with worldwide responsibilities and multicultural environments.
  • Enterprise sales experience is highly desired.
  • Experience with Aha program management software is a plus.
  • Solid business acumen with appreciation for enterprise business objectives.
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing complex projects.
  • Extensive experience working within a matrix structure, with the ability to lead without direct authority and influence key stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Technical aptitude to effectively engage in discussions related to backend systems and IT technologies relevant to Veeam.
