Role Summary:

KBKG is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead the growth of our tax consulting services in the South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint, building strong relationships with CPA firms, and driving revenue growth through Cost Segregation, R&D Tax Credits, and other tax incentives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, referral sources, and business owners to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to provide tax consulting services and support clients in maximizing their tax benefits.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts within our CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand our network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of sales excellence.
  • Strong understanding of tax consulting services and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and referral sources.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.
