Job Description
Our Manager, Talent Acquisition, will play a vital role in building teams across different business units. This role will build a strategic business development plan with leadership to drive revenue by fulfilling the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring candidates. This role will work with different business partners, build relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities
· Manage the full cycle recruitment process for all employees.
· Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs in line with strategic business priorities and goals.
· Facilitate throughout the interview process; present candidate profiles, advise on interview best practices, write job descriptions, coordinate and schedule different interview formats including case studies and presentations, and gather timely feedback from interviewers and candidates.
· Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job
requirements and cultural fit.
· Maintain and track recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System.
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent;
proactively find candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and/or other channels.
· Contribute to transformational efforts related to the entire talent acquisition function within the company, including improving the overall candidate experience and new hire onboarding.
· Create and lead an onboarding experience for the company.
· Partner with other members of the HR Team and leadership and assist with additional duties as
required.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5+ years of high volume, retail, professional recruiting experience.
· Knowledge of related business issues, trends, and best practices as it relates to talent
acquisition.
· Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build
relationships.
· Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, and desire to deliver end-to-end solutions.
· Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Bilingual is a plus.
