Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee a team of twelve recruiters within our dynamic health system.
This role focuses on managing high-volume recruitment efforts to meet the staffing demands across various departments and hospitals of our growing health system.
This individual will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support the high standards of care the organization provides.
As the Manager, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership at each hospital to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization's needs.
We are looking for an experienced TA Manager with strong problem-solving abilities to manage and inspire their team. This manager will also have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, and have a strong knowledge of clinical functions.
This opportunity allows for a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the office.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of twelve recruiters
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills
