What You'll Do:

As a Senior Business Architect, you will be a member of the Business Architecture team that is responsible for leading efforts to align business capabilities and product value delivery to our enterprise strategies, technology roadmap, and digital transformation. The team's purpose, as a part of the Enterprise Architecture team, is to accelerate delivery of client-centric solutions, drive consistent technology use, support transformation strategy, and provide adaptable architecture through continuous technology improvement.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you would be a part of :
  • Serve as one of the primary technical leaders for the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Division.
  • Undertake the most complex Digital projects involving multiple disciplines or layers, some of which impact multiple business units.
  • Responsible for the complete overall solutions delivered.
  • Actively participate in overall leadership of the company and makes final technical recommendations to Senior peers.
  • Establish partnerships in across the Digital community abroad.
  • Actively monitor the competitive landscape for new players and participates in industry forums, technical conferences, and standards groups as the technical leader for the company.
  • Be a key liaison with external business partners supporting R&D efforts and ensure strategic partners deliver on commitments and key milestones.
  • Represent Digital Partners during complex contract negotiations.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $136571
Hiring Maximum: $232541

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or related work experience
  • 15+ years of experience across multiple technology areas, including :
    • 4 + years of experience working at a director or equivalent level position at a fortune 100 company or current experience as a CTO or CIO at a smaller company is required. International experience a plus.
    • Specific modern knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, Standard IBM products (Z/OS, CICS and DB2), Standard Microsoft products (Vista, XP, Exchange, Office, Outlook), J2EE, Java, Oracle and Linux.
    • Modern knowledge across multiple technology disciplines including but not limited to Network, Mainframes, Storage, relational databases and Web development.


What Could Set You Apart:
  • Any of the following certifications
    • Certified Business Architect (CBA)
    • TOGAF
    • Salesforce
    • Azure
  • Experience in Financial Services

***Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.***
