What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee all sales personnel within the sales specialist segment, including Sales Engineering and Major Account Managers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and transition towards a subscription and SaaS model
- Inspire and elevate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales forecasts and quotas

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proven achievement of exceeding sales quotas in excess of $50M
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
