Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of sales management experience with a team of 5+ sales representatives (preferably across a multi-region territory)
  • Experience leading a team selling into commercial/major companies
  • Able to travel each quarter to meet team members and clients
  • Able to manage forecasts, pipelines, marketing budgets, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales forecasting tools

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Day to Day:

A large Value-Added Reseller is seeking a full-time Sales Director to join their team A qualified candidate will have excellent sales skills having led a team of Account Executives for over 3 years. This individual will be responsible for leading multi-region teams of sales representatives selling to major accounts.


Compensation:

$120,000/yr to $170,000/yr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
