Business Development Representative

A representative that focuses on the growth and overall success of the company, not just individual achievement.Position Responsibilities:Open New Accounts. Hunt for profitable business that coincides with the company's objectives.Maintain and Manage Accounts. After accounts have been opened the BDR will check in and provide analytical data to adhere to measurement requirements.Customer Service. Ensure that the client is always satisfied with Centra's services, so much so that they offer repeat business.Requirements: Experience. 1 - 2 years of recent inside sales experience. Selling staffing services or selling to healthcare institutions is ideal.Capability. Proven track record of solving customer challenges.Education. Minimum of an Associates degree.Travel. All travel to client sites is currently suspended. All business is conducted via Zoom, email, text and traditional phone calling.Centra Offers:Sourcing Tools.
