Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Rent For Event LLC in Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional who can convert warm leads into satisfied customers by providing exceptional sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage potential clients who have shown interest in our audiovisual solutions.
  • Build rapport with leads through professional and friendly communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about our services and products, addressing any concerns or questions potential clients may have.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations and demonstrations with our account managers.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they have all necessary information and maintain a positive relationship.
  • Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, always striving to exceed performance metrics.
  • Must be fluent in English.
Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
