Outbound Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven High Volume Business Development Representative to join our team at Coastal Debt Resolve. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping businesses struggling with Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) achieve financial stability.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our debt settlement program and identifying those who would benefit from our services. Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily to potential clients using our auto-dialer system.
  • Engage potential clients and clearly explain the benefits of our debt settlement program, emphasizing how it can help them overcome financial challenges.
  • Follow our provided script and utilize rebuttals to ensure our program is right for the clients' needs before transferring them to our closers for a free consultation.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume and transfers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and manage client data.

Requirements:

  • Able to work ON-SITE (this is not a remote position).
  • Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a phone sales or telemarketing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
  • Call Volume Capacity: Ability to handle high call volumes, with a target of making 1,000 calls daily.
  • Goal Oriented: Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and earn commission.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet daily call targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with using Five9 software.
  • Debt Settlement Knowledge: Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and the debt settlement space.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track calls and sales activities like Salesforce.
  • Performance Metrics: History of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $15.65 per hour. In addition to your base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn a significant income through commissions and bonuses.

Commission Structure: Earn up to $60 for each client qualified by you, and receive additional bonuses for exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets.

Bonuses: Weekly and monthly performance bonuses for achieving exceptional performance metrics.
