Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Universal Insurance Holdings, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's industry experience and possess strong skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They will be responsible for managing a multi-state agency territory, developing and maintaining professional relationships with agencies, and delivering concise feedback on daily phone calls and trainings.

In addition to the base salary, benefits include an industry-leading medical, dental, and vision insurance plan, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company match on up to 5% of compensation, and a generous PTO policy.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work effectively and independently. You will also require strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
