Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory in New Jersey with our BrandFX and Versalift brands, including a pre-existing customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet departments, including utility and municipal fleets, and national accounts.
- Provide consultative sales expertise to customers, focusing on understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Effectively communicate technical details of truck-mounted equipment, ensuring customers understand product features and benefits.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend and participate in trade shows and industry events to represent TIME Manufacturing Company and generate leads.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- 3-5 years of consultative outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility and/or municipal fleets is a plus).
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
