If so, the AB Third Party (AB3P) team is seeking an exceptional B2B Go-to-Market Lead to build and implement GTM strategies to drive adoption and increase depth of discounts leveraging Amazon pricing tools.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Teams, Account Managers, and Sellers. Your objective will be to define the right customer experience, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and drive new feature/tool adoption across Sellers.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with Product, Tech, Sales, Consumer, AB Customer Marketing, Legal, PR, and other teams. This role requires an analytical GTM lead with a granular understanding of how to align AB3P offerings to 3P Seller objectives, while constantly adjusting based on industry trends and feedback from Sellers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building a business, is metrics and data driven, has a desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. As a leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, passionate advocate, and creative professional. You will build and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in our team, creating a measurable impact across Amazon Business.
Key job responsibilities- Develop and execute Seller-facing Go-to-Market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of existing and new products/features.
- Build reporting to track progress towards B2B pricing adoption at an actionable GTM level.
- Own metrics reported in Business Reviews presented to VPs.
- Engage with Sellers to drive new feature adoption through data led insights and collect Voice of Seller feedback.
- Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines.
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience (5+ years) building and executing GTM strategies, program management, or product management.
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
