About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product marketing leader to drive the development and execution of our product marketing strategy. As the Global Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of product marketers who will drive product and go-to-market strategy for all product lines across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product marketing strategy, including pricing and packaging, to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of compelling content and enablement across the organization to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Partner with product management and cross-functional teams to drive product launches and releases.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary market context, including competitor analysis and win/loss reports.
  • Establish a differentiated positioning and narrative for our products against the appropriate segments.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing at a fast-growing company, including 6+ years of team management experience.
  • Prior experience in leading a product marketing team, specifically around positioning, messaging, pricing, and competitive strategy.
  • Significant experience in B2B technology marketing with experience positioning to both business decision makers and technical audiences.
  • Strong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, balanced with sharp business sense.
  • People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives.
