Core Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business.
  2. Handle sophisticated calendars in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize commitments to enhance time and productivity.
  3. Book travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  4. Track and process expense reports.
  5. Help plan, support, and complete office events and external gatherings.
  6. Work both autonomously and in collaboration with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts.

  1. At least four years of previous administrative or personal support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Experience with scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries.
  4. Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.
