Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bulk Sales Manager. In this role, you will drive sales growth within the cannabis industry by building and maintaining relationships with clients in the bulk market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and sell bulk cannabis products, including flower and packaged goods from our facility.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including cultivation, packaging, and distribution, to align sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement a business-to-business (B2B) strategy for bulk flower sales, managing clients and closing deals.
  • Identify and reach out to potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Handle bulk orders and purchases, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Oversee showroom scheduling and client viewings.
  • Coordinate daily menus of bulk flower for online platforms.
  • Maintain dynamic pricing models based on product quality and potency.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with business partners and vendors.
  • Develop and achieve sales objectives, reviewing performance metrics regularly.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize sales.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bulk sales.
  • Established network and relationships in the cannabis industry.
  • Proven success in closing sales and managing product distribution.
  • Experience in building and managing a successful bulk sales program.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with distributor management and contract/vendor negotiations.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
