School Contracts & Procurement:

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts related to janitorial, sanitation, and office supply products.
  • Understand school-specific procurement processes and ensure compliance with their purchasing policies.

Janitorial/Sanitation & Office Supplies Sales:

  • Specialize in selling janitorial, sanitation, and office supplies to both schools and businesses.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market share within these product categories.
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that product offerings align with client needs and industry standards.

B2B Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting schools and businesses, focusing on procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Build long-term partnerships with procurement managers and decision-makers in the education and business sectors.
  • Lead client presentations, product demos, and proposals to demonstrate the value of Flipcost’s offerings.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product, logistics, and marketing teams to tailor product offerings for the educational and business markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contract execution for schools and businesses.

Market Research & Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in janitorial, sanitation, and office supplies, and use this knowledge to advise clients on best practices.
  • Analyze market demand and customer needs to introduce new product lines and sales opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales performance, revenue targets, and market share within the education and business procurement sectors.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on client needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on school contracts or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of janitorial, sanitation, and office supply product lines.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and procurement processes, particularly with educational institutions.

Skills:
