What You’ll Be Doing:


1. Closing Deals:

  • Hit the streets and seal the deal with distributors and manufacturers. You’ll be in the field, forging connections and driving sales like a pro.
  • Craft and execute a killer sales plan to crush your targets—this is a results-driven role, and we want you to thrive.


2. Building Relationships:

  • Know the key players in the game. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while scouting for new opportunities.
  • Be the face and voice of our brand—reliable, knowledgeable, and always ready to negotiate to get the best terms.


3. Industry Savvy:

  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping tabs on market trends, pricing, and the competition. Bring that insider knowledge back to the team so we can adapt and evolve.
  • You’re our eyes and ears out there—share what’s hot and what’s not to help shape our strategy.


4. Client Support:

  • Keep our clients happy and coming back for more. Address their questions and concerns, ensuring they receive the best service in the biz.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and compliance to guarantee we deliver quality products on time and as promised.


5. Keeping It Legal:

  • You know the cannabis regulations inside and out, and you’ll ensure we’re compliant in all aspects of our sales.
  • Maintain detailed sales reports to track what’s working and where we can improve, helping us stay sharp in a competitive landscape.


Who You Are:

  • Experience: You’ve got 3-5 years of bulk sales experience, with a solid background in the cannabis industry. You can differentiate between top-shelf and mids, and your network speaks for itself.
  • Skills: You’re a closer, with the ability to read people and situations. You’re organized and familiar with CRM software and Excel.
  • Other: You’ve got your own wheels and are ready to roll across California to get the job done. You’re savvy about cannabis regulations in California and aren’t afraid to raise concerns when needed.
