We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and invoice verification. This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, 5 years of experience in business accounting within the manufacturing sector, and strong proficiency in QuickBooks. Experience in full cycle accounting, general ledger management, and a background in the military are highly preferred.

Job Description:
- One man show - will oversee all accounting functions (accounts payable and receivable)
- Work alongside purchasing manager and other members of leadership team
- Will handle getting bills out to customers, receiving payment from customers
- Verifying invoices that materials were received
- Paying invoices
- Use QuickBooks to upload and account for reconciliations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5 years of field experience needed
- Full Cycle Accounting
- General ledger
- Strong experience with QuickBooks/experience is a must
- 5 years of experience in business accounting in manufacturing
- Former military/marine preferred (veteran owned company)
- Purchasing experience preferred
