The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and takes pride in helping others.

We are searching for a professional and courteous Junior Account Manager with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The Junior Account Manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, meeting regularly with management, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to clients.

Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Meeting face-to-face with current and potential customers on a daily basis
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies face-to-face with customers in-store
  • The ability to close sales while maintaining a professional business relationship with consumers and potential leads.
