We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our finance team. The AP Specialist will play a key role in managing our company's payables process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable functions, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

* Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for completeness and accuracy.
* Code and enter invoices into the accounting system for payment.
* Prepare and perform weekly or monthly check runs.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
* 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
