Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is advantageous
  • Data entry and verification, including posting invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
  • Resolving account-related discrepancies
  • Balancing financial statements and finalizing data
  • Processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests, along with issuing reimbursement checks
  • Matching checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run
  • Entering invoices, posting and reconciling batches, and addressing payables issues with vendors
  • Preparing accounts for payments and verifying data accuracy in the system
  • Maintaining organized filing systems
  • Assisting as a cashier
  • Providing backup reception duties during breaks as necessary
  • Analyzing and costing deals
  • Handling daily deposits
  • Posting accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Billing for deals, swaps, and wholesales

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred
  • Ability to manage high-volume accounts effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Quick learner who adapts well to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA
  • All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks and valid driver's license verification
