We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will close service orders, answer incoming accounts receivable phone calls, and assist the Accounts Receivable team with collecting customer payments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Verify the accuracy of charges on our customer's accounts prior to closing service orders.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers to resolve customer-related account inquiries including invoicing, services, payments, and account balances.

  • Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely completion of various tasks and work with internal departments to achieve individual and departmental goals.

  • Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while meeting daily and month-end deadlines.

  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.


What makes you a great fit:

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.

  • An associate degree is preferred but not required.

  • Quick learner with excellent communication, organizational skills, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with a basic understanding of Accounts Receivable.

  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
