Job Overview

Objective:

The role involves executing various financial responsibilities in accordance with company policies, which includes documenting essential transactions, generating financial reports, and conducting basic reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and produce daily, monthly, and yearly financial statements or reports.
  • Document routine financial transactions.
  • Implement necessary adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Conduct basic reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff on financial tasks such as cash handling and accounts payable.
  • Provide monthly financial trial balances to management.
  • Engage with colleagues to address accounting inquiries or resolve discrepancies.
  • Administer payroll for multiple locations.
  • Handle administrative duties related to Human Resources or personnel management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in a bookkeeping or administrative role.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Proficient in standard office applications such as Microsoft Office and internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
