Position Overview:


A Client Success Specialist will help clients with everyday and elevated requests while providing an unparalleled level of service. This person will be able to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner that builds relationships. Passions for helping and connecting are key characteristics we are seeking. This position requires attention to detail, but someone who can also move quickly and follow through to the end.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Clients via phone and email
  • Initiate contact with Clients via phone
  • Communicate Wakefield process to Clients
  • Daily and weekly communication with key clients to convey requests on accounts
  • Update responses back from clients
  • Repair relationships in response to complaints
  • Establish relationships with smaller clients
  • Understand client reporting
  • Liaison between Client and Wakefield
  • Follow through to fix issues related to Clients
  • Handle exceptions on new submission files
  • Confirm ACH forms with Clients

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Friendly and professional phone presence
  • Skilled written correspondence proficiency
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and adept at multi-tasking in a deadline-sensitive environment
  • Ability to be on the phone or responding to emails through the full work day
  • Highly motivated for success
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong follow through

Key Qualifications:

  • 6 months of Customer Service Experience
  • Experience hosting meetings preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • College degree preferred
