Client Success Specialist - Insurance Solutions

This position operates in a hybrid environment. Candidates should be located within a reasonable distance from our operational headquarters.

YOUR ROLE
The Client Success Specialist (CSS) serves as the main point of contact between Ohiox and our valued partners.

Our CSS professionals are responsible for nurturing relationships with designated partners, enhancing their experience, and ensuring their success and satisfaction with our offerings.

This role also involves gathering and analyzing data related to these partnerships and collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize partner satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support
  • Oversee client accounts to guarantee their success
  • Identify growth opportunities and promote additional products and services
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address client needs
  • Provide regular updates and analyses to clients
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in an Insurance Agency (Personal Lines, P&C)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Direct experience working with Insurance Agents
  • 3+ years in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
