Role Summary: As a Client Relations Specialist at Eximius Associates, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to our clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and their experiences surpass expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a warm demeanor, attentiveness, and the ability to manage a variety of client interactions with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive information regarding our services, events, and facilities.
  • Efficiently manage client check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
  • Oversee reservations, including booking, modifying, and cancelling as necessary.
  • Promptly address and resolve client concerns or complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist with special requests and proactively anticipate and meet client needs.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support during events, including client registration and on-site assistance.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a client service, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and reservation management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are advantageous.
