Experience: One-year previous reception experience in a hospital, busy office setting or #hospitality experience preferred . Excellent communication skills. Education and Training: High school or equivalent# preferred. License, Certification # Registration: None required. Other Requirements: Outstanding customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly, pleasant, and outgoing welcome when greeting anyone entering the medical center. Proven ability and experience dealing with agitated/dissatisfied persons. Manual dexterity necessary for computer purposes. Proven ability to handle multiple incoming telephone calls in addition to #in person# requests for assistance. Demonstrated high level of flexibility, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be able to respond quickly and accurately in all emergency situations, while maintaining a calm demeanor. Spanish language proficiency preferred. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English in a clear, understandable manner, using good grammar and appropriate language.
