Position Overview

Qualprint is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our commercial print organization. This is a key position in our service platform and requires above average analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include Project Management skills to track progress of every project from inception through to completion and handling customer requests to include new projects, order processing, estimating, quoting and shipment tracking.

The Customer Service Representative is also the front line to our customers and the bridge to our team to ensure that customer deadlines are met. In this critical role you will use your expertise and experience to identify opportunities to proactively problem solve for your customers and suggest solutions, as well as look for opportunities to cross sell Qualprint capabilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years of related experience in the print industry. The successful candidate should have proven experience in managing customer relationships, customer reporting, order entry, problem resolution.

Print and print program management skills a plus. Must have solid business acumen with above average analytical and communications skills; excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP, or other ordering systems.
