Who you are:
  • Seasoned finance professional, with more than 5 years of processing multi-state, union payroll for over 3,000 employees
  • Technical skillset that includes Microsoft Office suite, utilizing pivot tables, v-loops, and JD Edwards (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills

What you'll do:
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll (union, non-union, hourly, salary) on a weekly basis
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Leadership and Field Operations as required
  • Understand full payroll cycle from timecards to GL
  • Ensure compliance related to FLSA, State, Local and employment practices for a multi-state company
